1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dispatcher platform operated by Dispatcher LLC ("Dispatcher," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service description
Dispatcher is an AI-powered dispatch automation platform that connects AI Voice systems (such as GoHighLevel, Vapi, and Bland AI) to jobs platforms (such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan). The platform receives call data from your AI Voice via webhooks, processes dispatch requests, checks technician availability, and books jobs into your jobs platform automatically.
3. Account registration
To use Dispatcher, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business entity you represent when creating an account.
4. Pricing & billing
Dispatcher uses usage-based pricing:
- $2 per answered call — charged when your AI Voice successfully processes a customer call and sends a dispatch request to Dispatcher
- $10 per dispatched job — charged when Dispatcher successfully creates a work order in your jobs platform
There is no monthly minimum and no long-term contracts. Usage is billed monthly in arrears via Stripe. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively to usage already incurred.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Send spam, fraudulent, or misleading dispatch requests
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written authorization
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
6. Integrations
Dispatcher connects to third-party platforms via OAuth and webhooks. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials for your jobs platform and AI Voice platforms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or API limitations imposed by third-party platforms (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, GoHighLevel, Vapi, Bland AI, etc.).
You authorize Dispatcher to access your jobs platform account to create jobs, check technician schedules, and manage bookings on your behalf.
7. Data & privacy
Your use of Dispatcher is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only as necessary to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Dispatcher complies with applicable data protection laws and that you have appropriate consent from your customers for processing their information.
8. Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPATCHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DISPATCHER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Dispatcher is not liable for missed bookings, incorrect job assignments, or scheduling errors that result from inaccurate data provided by your AI Voice or jobs platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dispatcher LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You are responsible for all usage charges incurred before cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay outstanding charges, or if continued service poses a security risk. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
12. Intellectual property
The Dispatcher platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Dispatcher LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as described herein.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
