A dispatched job is when Dispatcher successfully creates a work order in your jobs platform (Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan) with a confirmed time slot and assigned tech. If the job can't be booked, you don't pay the $10 job fee.
When do I get charged?
We use threshold billing: your card is charged when your balance reaches $100, or weekly on Sundays if there's any balance. You'll receive an itemized invoice showing all calls and jobs dispatched.
What if I have a slow month?
