What counts as an answered call?
An answered call is a call your GoHighLevel AI workflow successfully handles. If the caller drops before the AI answers, it does not count.
What counts as a dispatched job?
A dispatched job is a booking Dispatcher successfully writes into Jobber after checking availability and completing the workflow.
When do I get charged?
Dispatcher uses threshold billing. Your card is charged when the balance reaches the configured threshold, or on the regular billing sweep if a balance remains.
Is there a monthly minimum?
No. Pricing is usage-based: $2 per answered call and $10 per dispatched job, with no monthly minimum.
Do I need to attach payment before activating Dispatcher?
Yes. Verify your setup and attach payment before sending live traffic through Dispatcher.
What if I use another voice platform or FSM?
Other integrations are available through beta or assisted setup. Self-serve setup currently supports direct contractors using GoHighLevel and Jobber.
