Getting Started

Who is Dispatcher built for right now?
Dispatcher currently supports direct contractors using GoHighLevel for AI voice and Jobber for scheduling.
What is Dispatcher actually doing in that workflow?
GoHighLevel handles the AI voice conversation. Dispatcher receives the booking handoff, checks live Jobber availability, and writes the booking into Jobber.
Why is setup focused on GoHighLevel and Jobber?
That combination gives contractors a straightforward way to connect AI voice, check live availability, and write booked jobs into the schedule.

Setup & Activation

How long does setup take?
Most setups take minutes, not days. In practice, that means connecting GoHighLevel, connecting Jobber, running a verification call, and attaching payment before live traffic starts.
Do I need GoHighLevel already set up?
For the supported path, yes. You should already have a GoHighLevel AI voice workflow or be ready to build one as part of setup.
What does setup verification mean?
It means the workflow has been verified end to end, a sample booking lands correctly in Jobber, and payment is attached before you send real customer traffic through Dispatcher.
Can I use Dispatcher without Jobber?
Not in self-serve setup. Other FSMs are available through beta or assisted setup, but self-serve setup currently uses Jobber.

Pricing & Billing

How much does Dispatcher cost?
Dispatcher uses usage-based pricing on the setup: $2 per answered call and $10 per dispatched job, with no monthly minimum.
What counts as an answered call?
An answered call is one your GoHighLevel AI workflow successfully handles. If the caller disconnects before the AI answers, it does not count.
What counts as a dispatched job?
A dispatched job is a booking Dispatcher successfully writes into Jobber after checking availability and completing the workflow.
When do I get charged?
Your card is charged according to Dispatcher's billing threshold and sweep schedule, with itemized usage visible in the product.

Beta & Early Access

What if I use Vapi, Bland, Retell, HouseCall Pro, or ServiceTitan?
Those integrations are available through beta or assisted setup. Self-serve setup currently uses GoHighLevel and Jobber.
What about agencies and franchises?
Agency and franchise programs are available through partner and early-access conversations.
Can broader pages still be visible?
Yes. Some pages remain available for customers evaluating beta integrations or partner programs.

Security & Data

Is my data secure?
Dispatcher uses encrypted transport and secure infrastructure for the booking workflow. Sensitive account connections remain behind authenticated product flows.
What data does Dispatcher store?
Dispatcher stores the dispatch records and booking workflow data needed to show history, billing, and operational outcomes. Voice recordings remain primarily with your voice provider.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Contact privacy@hiredispatcher.com for a deletion request and the team will process it according to the company policy.
